SEPTEMBER 2022: This plan is so simple and has been so effective for me. It's changed the way I approach dieting and has given me the results I wanted plus more confidence to further improve who I am.
The program is really easy to follow, just find 15 minutes a day to follow the diet as best as you can. I feel physically and emotionally better and I am accountable for my actions. I know I’m moving more and eating much better than I was before.
OCTOBER 2022: I follow the 15 Minutes a day plan and have lost weight. I enjoy the program, understand more about my habits and how they were effecting my weight and mood. I've no issue in recommending the 15 Minute Diet.
