The Power of Meditation

I use meditation to support my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It is my go to tool when I am feeling stressed or under pressure. It is also amazing at helping my mind to calm and then get focused and be really creative. I always find my answers to anything I am unsure about through meditation. 

 

Meditation is a great way to escape reality but with practise it is also a great tool that will help your mind be in a natural state of calm so you do have to escape from reality. It also decreases stress, lowers blood pressure and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. 

 

In the membership I have a number of guided meditations you can use to support several areas of your life from being present, body awareness, letting go of worries and self love as well as advice on the specific type of meditation you should use if stress, anxiety and depression are an issue for you.
