I am a single mum, have a 6 year old and two crazy dogs, so life is pretty busy and taking care of myself inside and out is essential. I practise what I teach to create a balanced lifestyle that suits me and my needs. This can change as life changes. But, if I am happy and confident, life is balanced and fun, my boys (dogs included in that) are happy, my body is nourished well and my work and personal life are in flow with each other, then I know that I am where I want to be with my life.

My goal as your coach is to provide you with the support, information and motivation to achieve and sustain your goals.

It is so easy to get absorbed in to the latest diet and realise we may or may not have lost weight, but ultimately aren’t really happy either way, the diet isn’t sustainable long term, we feel starved and limited in our food choices and these feelings seep into our life as a whole. 

Our weight is only one area of many that make us who we are and our weight is not managed just by what we eat, although that plays a part of course.

To have a healthy relationship with our weight and food, we need a healthy relationship with our self and our life as a whole. Good sleep, positive mindset, low stress levels, good nutrition, regular exercise, a fulfilling career and healthy, supportive relationships.

My journey started after being widowed and finding out my son had a rare kidney disease. Grief was one side of it, but my health, who I was, self care, good eating habits, fun, relationships with friends and family, all got lost. My son’s disease meant I had to monitor what he ate and cook everything from scratch. It completely changed the way we shopped, cooked and ate. I struggled to find the right support, until I found health coaching. The course said this can be used for personal development as well as career development. I decided to invest in myself and give it a go on a personal level, whatever else happened was a bonus. But, turns out, investing in myself was the best decision I ever made.

Everything transformed for me. I started nourishing my body with the right food, gained knowledge on nutrition to support my son, I worked on my mindset, I started trying to enjoy my days and add some fun back into my life, I started sleeping better, having more energy, rebuilding relationships… the list goes on.

If this is what it could do for me, imagine who else could benefit from health & life coaching. So I gave it a go on a professional level and got my professional qualifications. My practise clients also had amazing results with their weight loss, confidence, sleep, relief with depression and anxiety, better skin, no bloating, energy levels etc and have kept up this new way of life that they love.

I had accidentally found my career path and from here built my own Health and Life Coaching Practise and feel so privileged to be doing what I love and helping so many people transform their lives.

I have now teamed up with the 15 Minute Diet crew to spread the word and support as many people as possible in creating the life they want.
