Visualisation. Do You See it?
Visualisations are one of my most favourite things to do to get me motivated, feel confident and succeed in what I am about to take on. It also helps me to get really clear on how I want my day to go, my projects and goals and on a larger scale, stay clear on what I want for my life. It is a tool used by the world's most successful people including Oprah, Tiger Woods, Will Smith and Arnold Schwarzenegger. It is also a very common practise for athletes to visualise themselves competing and winning. They fully feel into the experience and imagine every detail so they are mentally prepared and ready for anything.
The brain can not tell the difference between an actual physical action and a visualisation of that same event. If you visualise doing something with your desired outcome it will boost your confidence and motivation and even reduce your reaction time (good for sports professions!). Other benefits are better focus, builds strength, rewires the brain and improves performance. You can call upon this tool anytime and anywhere to support you in any situation.

It will help you to use all your senses to feel into the future you that has succeeded in your goal, to know what it feels like to achieve what you want to achieve and motivate you to keep going. Living in the present moment is the best way to make the most of life. BUT, we have to balance that with being focused on our wants, goals and desires and to keep moving forward in creating the life we desire.
