Do you know how much water you should consume on a daily basis?  Most people don’t and they don’t drink enough either. 

 

Headaches, joint pains, bad sleep, low energy, too many toxins in your body, hot and cold flushes… these things can all be caused by lack of water. Amazingly water also supports muscle function, helps weight loss, flushes waste from your body, regulates body temperature, helps brain function, protects your joints, helps keep wrinkles away and so much more.

 

About 60% of the body is made up of water and 90% of your blood is water however we do not support our bodies to keep dehydrated and it seems standard practise for a lot of people to not drink water or understand just how important it is to our health and wellbeing.

I will help you work out how much water you need to consume and different more interesting ways you can consume water rather than just straight out of the tap without adding lots of kcals. This will be the easiest way to shift a couple of lbs you have ever tried.

I will be walking you through some breathing techniques inside the membership for different areas of life. Such as: grounding, letting go, sleep, focus and energy. This is such a great tool to have as it is simple, free, you can do it anywhere and it has an immediate effect on the body.
