Not breathing correctly can cause symptoms such as head and neck pain, headaches and numbness. Our whole body relies on oxygen to the point that it affects our sleep, food digestion, cognition, our immune system, stress levels, shifts our emotions and is beneficial to our overall health.

I will be walking you through some breathing techniques inside the membership for different areas of life. Such as: grounding, letting go, sleep, focus and energy. This is such a great tool to have as it is simple, free, you can do it anywhere and it has an immediate effect on the body.
