Find Your Body With Body Movement

BUT, I hugely advocate exercise and specifically ‘movement’. What do I mean by movement?
Lots of us have sedentary lifestyles, we sit at a desk all day and we use our cars to go anywhere and everywhere. By movement I am talking about making the effort to literally just move your body more through walking and stretching. Just simple, easy physical actions in the day which will support you in losing weight, enhance brain function, help your posture, get your blood flowing, your heart pumping and pulse up, which all increases your health and wellbeing.
I have a mass of tips to share to really easily increase your physical movement throughout the day without going to the gym or joining an exercise class. Ideally you would do both, my preferred regime is to exercise 4 or 5 days a week using the 15 Minute Fitness sessions and then increase my movement throughout the day subtly without much thought by using my movement tips.
The other thing I love to do, especially first thing in the morning and in the afternoon when I may be tiring is use the movement of my body to boost my energy. You need to be up for some fun and silliness here, but it will change your mood and increase your energy levels.
