If you are surrounded by excess clutter you will be unable to swap old habits for new positive habits. Did you know that an uncluttered environment (p.s. I am not talking minimalist, that is different) can reduce stress and anxiety, boost productivity, lessen allergens, gets you moving and can even improve your sleep! Your external world is a reflection of your internal world.

Decluttering isn’t always easy and some people find it quite emotional. It is often that job that you put off and feel like we don’t have time for or maybe that's the excuse?! But, with the health benefits in mind and my support, I will walk you through the simple steps that will fit into your new 15 Minute Lifestyle. Even if you only did 15 minutes decluttering a week your mind would be able to find better focus on what it needs to, to get the best results for your life as a whole.
