Why Routine Really Does Work
Having a daily routine is essential if you want to create new and improved habits to get what you want in your life. Change doesn't happen on it's own, it takes consistent practise and your brain needs a safe, relaxed space to know what you really want, create ideas, solutions, solve problems and get focused on your goal. This can not happen if you are in a busy, stressed, preoccupied state. The brain needs space to come alive and feel into what you really want.
Why do you think you have your best ideas in the shower? You are relaxed, not focusing on the stresses of life and feeling good, which is ideal for getting a dopamine boost. Dopamine is critical for the creative part of your brain to function at it’s best.
Having a daily routine, (I will be specifically focusing on morning and evening routines) is the easiest way to make sure you can give yourself what you need each day and set yourself up for success. When you set up a daily routine you will be setting yourself up for a productive day, practising your new habits, boosting your energy, lowering stress and connecting with yourself so you can take powerful action every day. Taking action is where your power lies, where the changes begin to happen and when you start to head towards smashing those goals and getting what you really want.
I will be walking you through some breathing techniques inside the membership for different areas of life. Such as: grounding, letting go, sleep, focus and energy. This is such a great tool to have as it is simple, free, you can do it anywhere and it has an immediate effect on the body.
