Journaling is about significant experiences, your feelings, a log book of moments, emotions, ideas, plans, goals, problems and evaluations. There is no right or wrong way to do it, just lots of options to try and see what works best for you. Life is full of ups and downs, as your journal will also have imperfections, but it is yours and your life journey and that makes it amazing.
 

This is what journaling can do for you: Discover more about yourself, strengthens the immune system (this is proven by science), helps anxiety, sharpens the memory, depression, loss of identity, clarifies problems and issues, gives the body a release from stress, enhances creativity, give you mental clarity, sustains motivation and clarity, supports the healing process of grief, depression and addiction and improves mood and memory. 
 

In the membership I will share with you different types of journaling. As Well as giving you prompts to get you started, as often writing that first word is the hardest bit with journaling.
