Why Knowing the 'Why' Works

Direction is so important if we want to achieve our goals. If we don’t know where we are going, any road will take us there. That just feels a bit random to me, it doesn’t get the fire burning in my belly or stir my excitement or motivation to vaguely wander down any path and see what happens. 

But, having a goal is only half the starting point. If you also know why you want what you want and can really feel into the passion, desire, excitement, see the positive outcomes that will come from getting what you want, then that fire of excitement and really importantly, your motivation, can be in full force to keep you focused. If you have this, it will be what gets you up on the days you don’t really feel like it, it will be the reason you keep going when your energy may feel low, or you have had a tough day. It will be the push you need to keep yourself accountable and achieve your goals.

 

You are one body made up of lots of parts. My aim in the membership is to get you to explore how all your parts work at their best when in alignment with each other. To understand how to make the most of your body to find that healthy, happy, balanced, successful person you already are deep down that just needs help to come to the surface. One of the fundamental things to make this happen is knowing what your truest reason for doing this is. Not just the first thing you think of, e.g. I want to lose weight. There is no motivation behind that sentence. So, I will be getting deep with you about how to find that motivating why behind you joining this membership and the goals you want to get out of it.
