The Way You Eat Does Matter

Your weight is affected by so many different aspects of your life, your environment, your emotions and your actions. What you eat is just a very small part of managing your weight and getting healthy. Did you know that HOW you eat is a big part of how your body reacts to the food you put in it? 

So, to help you understand how your body will function better at digesting your food and how you can support your body to lose weight, I have some exercises to share with you that will definitely give you a giggle and can be done alone or with friends and family. 

If you really want to get fit and healthy you need to get to know your body inside and out. So to do this and get the most out of this membership, an open mind, being up for a bit of fun and trying new things is a must.
