Are You Sweet Enough?

There are different types of sugars; free sugars, which are the sugars added to food and drink either at home or by food manufacturers. Then there are natural sugars like the ones found in fruit and vegetables. 
 

We need sugar in our diet but we need different amounts of it depending on our age, our size, our health and how active we are. Then to confuse matters even more, sugar has at least 56 different names for it. So when you look at the ingredients on food packets, sometimes you have no clue that it is full of sugar because the word sugar is not used. How are you supposed to have control over your sugar intake when at first glance it is this confusing?
