The What, Why and When of Food

In the membership we will be delving into how to identify high energy food specifically for your body. It is so important that you begin to understand our body, listen to our body and hear what it is telling you. It may not feel like it, but every discomfort, every feeling, even that negative voice in our head, are coming from a positive place. They are trying to tell us something so that we can react to what our body needs. With food it is about what food nourishes us in the right way. Certain foods might make you feel sluggish or bloated, some you may have unknown allergies to. Some boost your energy and make you feel amazing. 
 

So, I want to guide you to really get to know yourself and be aligned with what your body actually needs in the way of food. This will be an experimental exercise and you may be surprised at what comes up.
